WFPB stands for "Whole Food Plant-Based."


This dietary approach emphasizes consuming whole, unprocessed foods derived from plants.

It excludes animal products and processed foods.

  • Whole Foods: Foods that are minimally processed and free from additives.

  • Plant-Based: Focuses on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds.
